With over 29 years' experience in the field, Will holds a master's degree in clinical social work from Fordham University. Trained by Steve Leeds, MA and Rachel Hott, Ph.D. at the NLP Center of New York, Will is a National Board-Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Will has also received training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing from the EMDR institute.

With caring and compassion and a deep respect for the therapeutic relationship, Will creates a strong "holding environment" to help his clients feel safe. From a place of strong rapport, Will paces and leads his clients through identification and development of their own personal "strategist for success". Clients ranging from troubled teens to businesspeople have benefited from Will's ability to recognize a person's strengths, individual learning style, as well as their unique "map" or perspective of their inner world.
